Summary: New Orleans’ first supportive housing project, the Rosa F. Keller Building addresses the need for mixed income permanent housing as an option for the city’s most vulnerable homeless as well as for lower-income working people seeking safe & affordable places to live. The 60-unit energy efficient building includes on-site supportive service offices as well as a gym, computer room, multi-purpose community room, and a courtyard garden.
